📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all aspects of mining operations, including drilling, blasting, excavation, and processing.
• Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet company targets.
• Supervise and mentor a team of mining professionals, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of mining activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the effectiveness of mining operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new mining technologies and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, including drilling, blasting, excavation, and processing.
• Familiarity with mining software and tools, such as Surpac, Vulcan, or MineSight.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor a team of professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
• Valid mining license and certifications, such as Competent Person (CP) or Competent Person for Underground (CPU).
