As the Chief Mechanic, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled mechanics, ensuring that all vehicles are serviced according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications. You will work closely with our fleet managers to develop and implement maintenance schedules, while also troubleshooting complex mechanical issues. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the automotive maintenance and repair shop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Manage and mentor a team of mechanics, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and protocols using tools like QuickBooks and Workshop Manager.
• Perform diagnostic and repair work on a variety of vehicles, from sedans to commercial trucks, using advanced diagnostic equipment such as OBD-II scanners and engine analyzers.
• Collaborate with fleet managers to ensure vehicles are serviced in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of our fleet.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve our maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and workplace health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive maintenance and repair, with a focus on fleet management.
• Proven leadership experience in managing a team of mechanics and ensuring high standards of work.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent industry-recognized qualifications.
• In-depth knowledge of various vehicle makes and models, including commercial trucks and SUVs.
• Familiarity with fleet management software and diagnostic tools such as QuickBooks, Workshop Manager, and OBD-II scanners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
