- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Strong understanding of local and international labor laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
