📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff members, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal food and beverage supplies
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance
• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or culinary industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), or similar
