📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational readiness plans for the hospital's launch, ensuring all departments and systems are fully prepared.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors to oversee the installation and configuration of hospital equipment and infrastructure.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify the readiness of all operational areas, including patient rooms, medical equipment, and support services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hospital operations.
• Train and mentor staff on operational protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Monitor and manage the project timeline, addressing any delays or issues to ensure the hospital meets its launch date.
• Serve as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders, including hospital management, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
• Evaluate and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and patient care outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Proven expertise in healthcare facility operations, including knowledge of HIPAA, Joint Commission International (JCI), or other relevant healthcare standards.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in leading complex healthcare projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or JIRA.
• Certification in Healthcare Project Management (HCM) or a similar credential is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
