📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the motorcycle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition for rental.
• Assist customers with motorcycle rentals, including check-in, check-out, and providing necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with mechanics and maintenance teams to address any issues with the motorcycles.
• Promote the motorcycle rental services to guests and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of rental transactions and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the hostel staff to ensure smooth operations and a pleasant guest experience.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on best practices and new services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in motorcycle rental or similar customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with motorcycle maintenance and basic repair skills is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tourist-oriented environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and motorcycle experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
