As a Contract & Commercial Specialist - MRO, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from initial negotiations to contract execution and renewal. You'll work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors, to ensure that all contracts are commercially viable and operationally sound. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage contracts for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with clients and vendors, maximizing revenue and minimizing risks.
• Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure all contracts are legally binding and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide commercial support and guidance to the project team, addressing any commercial issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including tracking and reporting on contract performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in contract management and commercial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, commercial operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, pricing strategies, and contract lifecycle management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
