📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize procurement processes for our production needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese suppliers
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms
• Ensure that our production needs are met efficiently and effectively
• Work closely with our production team, sourcing team, and other stakeholders to identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the procurement process
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and initiatives to drive cost savings and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Mandarin Purchasing Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of Chinese business culture and customs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Valid work permit for Indonesia
