Provis Garuda Services is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Admin to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. As a Warehouse Admin, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of warehouse management practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records.,Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.,Coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Performing quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.,Maintaining clean and organized warehouse facilities.,Generating and maintaining reports on inventory levels and warehouse operations.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Training and supervising warehouse staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
