📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
  • Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that products are displayed attractively to maximize sales.
  • Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.
  • Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
