Assist with table service, including setting up and clearing tables, and ensuring that guests have a comfortable dining experience.Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining areas, including tables, chairs, and decor.Assist the head steward in managing the flow of guests throughout the restaurant.Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that all items are served in a timely and attractive manner.Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards.Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as the restaurant's policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.Familiarity with food and beverage service, as well as basic kitchen procedures.Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.Previous experience working in a luxury or high-end restaurant is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.🛠️ Keahlian
