📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote bakery products through various sales channels, including in-store, online, and through social media.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Set and achieve monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Attend trade shows and events to showcase our products and network with potential customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field activities.
