📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are providing the highest level of service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Ensure that the restaurant is stocked with the necessary supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar business.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food and beverage laws.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Experience with marketing and customer relations.,Ability to work well with a team and motivate staff.
