Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food shop, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them perform their best.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that we have adequate supplies to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our operations align with the overall goals of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales tracking software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
