📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.,Handle administrative tasks related to employee benefits, leaves, and attendance.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data related to HR metrics.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and NPWP (Tax Identification Number).

🛠️ Keahlian

HRIS (Human Resource Information System) proficiency.Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations.Organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
