📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and supervise the staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to provide excellent service.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all supplies are well-stocked and ordered in a timely manner.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the café is maintained in a clean and safe environment.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date, and that the café's financial records are maintained in good order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.,Experience with inventory management and supply chain coordination.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
