📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Accurately code and document same-day surgical procedures using ICD-10 and CPT coding standards.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure all procedures are documented promptly and accurately.
- Review and verify medical records to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and healthcare regulations.
- Assist in training and supporting junior coders.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance coding efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
- Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Coding, Health Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical coding, preferably in a surgical setting.
- Certification in medical coding (e.g., CCS, CPC) is a plus.
- Proficient in using medical coding software such as Eclipsys, MCRA, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
