📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.,Monitor and maintain system performance and security.,Provide technical support to end-users and departments.,Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions.,Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.,Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Participate in system improvement projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) is a plus.,Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
