📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.,Provide technical support to employees, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Ensure the security of our IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Proficiency in using operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network infrastructure and security is a plus.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
