📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound sales calls to generate leads and convert them into customers.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Promoting our products and services through various marketing channels.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve company-wide sales goals.,Providing regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.,Continuously improving sales techniques and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or telesales.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Highly organized and detail-oriented.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
