📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Oversee employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Lead HR training and development programs,Coordinate with management to address HR needs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and local language,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
