📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety standards are met,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's vision and customer preferences,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen expenses

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with local and international cuisine,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Valid food handler's license or equivalent certification
