Using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial design to field implementation. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing network performance, minimizing downtime, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and coordination of FTTH network infrastructure in Bali, ensuring high-quality standards and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement FTTH project plans, including network topology, fiber routing, and equipment placement.
• Oversee field operations, including site surveys, cable laying, splicing, and termination, to ensure seamless network deployment.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to manage procurement, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in FTTH network design and field operations.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians to build a skilled and motivated team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in FTTH network design and field coordination, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification in FTTH design and implementation (e.g., Certified Fiber Optic Technician, or similar) is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software for network design and planning.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
