This role is crucial for maintaining our company's financial health and ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collect outstanding receivables from clients through phone calls, visits, and other means.,Maintain accurate records of all collections and update the company's financial system.,Negotiate with clients to resolve payment issues and minimize losses.,Provide regular reports on collection progress and outstanding amounts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business.,Follow up on overdue payments and implement collection strategies as needed.,Attend to customer inquiries and provide information on payment terms and policies.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in field collections or a related role.,Strong understanding of financial operations and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and meet targets.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and financial software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
