📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.,Coordinate with various departments to address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
