📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphic designs for digital campaigns, social media, and print materials.
• Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for video content, using tools like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute design concepts that align with client objectives.
• Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide design support to other team members, such as copywriters and developers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Contribute to the development of creative briefs and design proposals for new projects.
• Deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing graphic and motion design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong visual sense and the ability to adapt designs for various platforms and formats.
