📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including staff management, guest services, and maintenance.,Ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are followed and that the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.,Managing the budget and financial performance of the hotel, including revenue and expense tracking.,Representing the hotel at meetings, conferences, and events, both locally and internationally.,Implementing and monitoring marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.,Ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations, as well as international standards and best practices.,Leading and motivating a team of staff to achieve the hotel's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,A strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and guests.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,A proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,A degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
