📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet store targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is preferred.
