As the Accounting & Tax Manager, you will manage our accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial records. You'll work closely with our tax department to ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Additionally, you'll be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, providing valuable insights to support our strategic decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Manage tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
