The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare industry financial practices is a plus.
