📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients by handling cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations.,Assist clients with account inquiries, balance checks, and other banking services.,Handle cash handling duties, including counting and reconciling cash.,Monitor and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.,Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment.,Participate in team meetings and follow the bank's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking operations.,Strong knowledge of banking products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and banking software is a plus.
