Jaya Yoga Computer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Section Head to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a section of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and a proven track record in leading teams to achieve organizational goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the assigned section, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and contribute to overall company success.,Monitor and analyze section performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Manage budgets and resources allocated to the section, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of operational processes and ability to drive continuous improvement.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and other relevant management tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
