In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our sales processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales assurance processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of sales activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.,Collaborate with sales teams to provide training and support on best practices and process improvements.,Identify and address customer concerns and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Work closely with management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales assurance and quality management.,Prepare and present regular reports on sales assurance activities and findings to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales assurance, quality management, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of sales processes, quality standards, and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English both written and spoken.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in sales assurance and quality management.
