📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies, including payroll and benefits administration.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.,Address employee concerns and grievances, working towards resolutions that benefit both the employees and the company.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and initiatives.
