📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.,Conduct quality checks and tests on products to identify defects and ensure they meet required standards.,Document and report inspection results and any quality issues to the relevant departments.,Work closely with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.,Ensure that quality control processes and procedures are followed and maintained.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards and processes.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Proficient in using quality control tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with ISO quality standards is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and local business practices.
