This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our operations and driving efficiency and productivity. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and supervise the operations team, providing guidance and support as needed,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners,Conduct regular operational reviews and make recommendations for improvement,Develop and implement training programs for the operations team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
