📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct various laboratory tests and analyses according to standard procedures.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Prepare and analyze samples, including blood, urine, and other biological specimens.,Document and record test results accurately and promptly.,Assist in the maintenance and sterilization of laboratory instruments and equipment.,Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.,Participate in quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.,Stay updated with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a clinical or research environment.,Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and safety protocols.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid certification or license as a Laboratory Technician is a plus.
