As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources department, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a high-quality and diverse workforce.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Oversee employee performance management, including performance appraisals and development plans.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.,Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
