📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and operational.
• Monitor and manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Enhance guest experience by addressing facility issues promptly and proactively.
• Utilize SAP and other relevant software to track and manage maintenance activities and inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a strong background in operations and maintenance.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering operational excellence.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, RMP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or similar facility management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
