🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data center operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Server+, or similar are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Proficient in using Oracle's data center management tools and software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
