📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth logistics processes.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement warehouse strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.
