📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting with office administration tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Providing support to employees by handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination, including setting up and breaking down event spaces.
  • Providing general support to the management team as needed.
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the office premises.
  • Assisting with any other tasks as assigned by the management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with office software and tools.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
